Mary got a house for Katie (her American Girl doll). Umm....the little boys thought it was a better fit for them! She couldn't take it any longer and ran upstairs with it! :)
They followed!
Eli got his very own "i-pod"! He was super excited to be like the big kids! The only problem was the ear buds would not stay in his little ears. We had to rig them around his head!
We bought Brady a police car. We waited until the afternoon to put it together but as you can see Dad was not working fast enough so Brady took matters into his own hands. It has its very own siren. What were we thinking!!!!
For the first time EVER Eli feel asleep downstairs in the midst of all the commotion. It was a shock and we let him sleep as long as possible! When he awoke it was snowing outside. The look on his face was magical.
Nana bought him a Star Trek commander set and combined with his other sets he was ready for any upcoming attacks!
After naps the fun began again! It is a strange transition at our house. Jack no longer gets toys and instead wants gadgets. He played on the Internet all day while Mary ran upstairs with all her gifts to play or sat on the couch wrapped in a blanket playing her DSi. The boys just ran back and forth getting into different toys and enjoying the day in their jammies.
